When will I receive my order?
This is a preorder sale, that runs from 27th of May till 30th of June. Purchased item(s) will be produced in July and arrive around July/August, subject to change if circumstances beyond my control happen such as delays in production or shipping.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. The delivery time will depend on your location and might take more than 5 days.Where do you ship from?
I live in European Union and that's where your item(s) will be shipped from.What if I my address changed after I already placed an order?
Please send me a message through ko-fi DMs or tumblr ask. Please include your order number with the new address. If your package has already shipped then you will have to contact the carrier to arrange for it to be redirected.What is your return and refund policy?
If for any reason, such as products arriving damaged or package being lost in transit, and it is determined a replacement will need to be mailed out or a refund is due, I can either:
arrange for a new package to be shipped out if the product is still in stock, but you as a buyer will be responsible for any additional postage fees; or I can refund the cost of the damaged product to the buyer.Do you have merch making experience?
